What's your reschedule policy?
Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Sessions can only be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in a 50% refund. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Partial refunds of 50% are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Partial refunds of 50% are issued if you're not satisfied with the service. In the event that we need to cancel a session, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
